Terms of service

Effective November 1, 2026 · Version 1.0Draft copy — pending counsel

The short version

  • You use Grosso to ask people to pay; Stripe moves the money.
  • You are responsible for what your agents ask for and say.
  • We can suspend accounts that break these terms or our Acceptable use policy.
  1. §1

    Who these terms cover

These terms are between Grosso, Inc. and the business or developer that creates an account (“you”). If you accept them for a company, you confirm you can bind it.

  2. §2

    Your account and keys

Keep API keys secret and server-side. Anything done with your keys — by you or by an agent you deploy — is treated as done by you.

Test-mode keys (gk_test_) and live-mode keys (gk_live_) act on separate data. Only live keys can move money.

  3. §3

    Payments run on Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe under the Stripe Services Agreement. Funds go to the merchant’s connected Stripe account; Grosso never holds them and takes its fee as a Stripe application fee.

  4. §4

    Fees

Grosso charges 0.1% of each successful payment once your account has processed $50,000 in paid volume; payments before that carry no Grosso fee. Stripe’s own fees are separate and charged by Stripe.

  5. §5

    Agents acting for you

An agent may create payment requests and request refunds only within the payee grants the payee owner approved. Agent-requested refunds wait for owner approval.

  6. §6

    Suspension and termination

We may pause payees or suspend accounts for risk, abuse or legal reasons, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. You can close your account at any time.
